All Monkeybrains customers are responsible for their internet network / Wi-Fi setups. Most standard consumer-grade routers work with our service, but for the best performance we recommend choosing from our list of recommended routers.
If your plan is above 100 Mbps, we suggest consulting your IT professional to ensure you have the right equipment for your space. Please note: modem/router combos from cable or DSL providers will not work with Monkeybrains.
